Mr. Lien graduated from the University of Nebraska/Omaha Graduate School of Social Work in 1983. He's a member of The National Academy of Certificed Social Workers & Clinical Member of the National Academy of Childhood Developmental Psychoascoustic Research Center. He's licensed in Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Certifed Provider for Advanced Brain Tecnologies. Intensely trained with Sharon Wegsheider-Cruse in experiential techniques for Co-Dependency Recovery. Forrest uses specialized clinical techniques to treat adults struggling with relationshiip skill deficits due to early childhood trauma, loss or maternal depression. He has presented at numerous conferences, workshops and skill training programs.

 He's a trained Attachment Therapist with Priscilla Misner of Esperero Counseling and Lani Tolman of The Family Attachment Institute. Mr. Lien is an internationally recognized speaker, trainer, and consultant on subjects relating to emotionally disrupted children and the people who work and live with them. He challenges your thinking process beyond the traditional techniques. Mr. Lien has presented over 200 workshops regarding kids and has consulted with several residential treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, foster care/adoption programs and attachment clinics/clinicians in developing effective treatment protocols.
